We have always prided ourselves on our strict cleaning policy, but now we are even more vigilant to ensure your safety and that of our staff.
We have established new Covid-19 protocols and standards in line with HSE, government, and Irish Hotel Federation guidelines and all our staff are undergoing Covid-19 training.
We have installed automatic hand sanitisers at all entrances and throughout the hotel and all public areas are regularly cleaned and sanitised.
We are fortunate to have lots of space here at The Haven Hotel so ensuring that the recommended distance between tables and seating areas is not an issue.
The recommended distance between all visiting guests will be strictly maintained to ensure a safe and relaxed environment.
All stools have been removed from counters, and the number of guests at one time will be monitored and controlled.
If you are eating with us, your table and chairs will be sanitised before you sit and your table will be reset with freshly sanitised cutlery and condiments. All menus are laminated and will be disinfected after each sitting.
If you are staying with us, your room will be deep cleaned and sanitised before your arrival and sealed to ensure that, once checked, no one else will enter until you arrive.
We would also request that any guests ensure they have completed any quarantine requirements before they arrive.
