Enjoy the benefits of heat therapy by relaxing and soaking up the peace and tranquillity with sea views. This sauna will operate at around 75-85ᵒC. We advise a maximum of 20 mins or two shorter stints with a break or a cold plunge!

Cliff Walk

Begin the Dunmore East Cliff Walk from the signposted point at the back of the Old Convent in Dunmore East village. Marvel at the breathtaking views of Hook Head and the famous Hook Lighthouse.

Your route can range from a few kilometres to a longer trek, depending on how far you want to go. Take a rest when you reach Portally Cove to the west of the village and listen to the waves crashing across the rocks.

Waterford Greenway

The picturesque Waterford Greenway hugs the coastline as it follows old railway lines from lively Waterford City, through the foothills of the Comeragh Mountains and onto the pretty harbour town of Dungarvan. Walk part of the way, cycle in both directions or cycle one way and get the bus back to Waterford from Dungarvan.

Step back into Medieval Waterford as you begin your tour in the 13th-century Choristers Hall and 15th Century Wine vault where you are sure to be wowed by some of the greatest Treasures of Medieval Ireland, including the Great Charter Roll viewed by HM King Charles III and the Queen Consort and the magnificent 15th-century cloth-of-gold church vestments
